In my Computer Software Integration class we made 30 second commercial videos in a program called Animoto. My topic was the dangers of texting and driving.
Jenny Offill is the author of “17 Things I’m Not Allowed to Do Anymore”. This Children’s book had me, a junior in high school laughing. It was a very cute story. The recommended reading level is 4-8 years of age. Preschool to third graders would enjoy this. With all the different things she comes up with, it’s very interesting and the Illustrator Nancy Carpenter had great illustrations included in the book. Other books that Jenny Offill wrote are “20 Things I’m Not Allowed to Do Anymore”, “Last Things”, “Money Changes Everything”, and “The Friend Who Got Away.” Some awards of Jenny Offill’s include 2006- Book Sense Children’s Pick List and 2007- Parenting Magazine Best Book of the Year. A woman by the name of Anne B. Levy stated “One thing you should do right away…read this book!” She read the book and loved it. I recommend reading the wonderful children’s book, “17 Things I’m Not Allowed to Do Anymore.”
We also created Photostories and if you have Word 2003 or higher it is a free download.
